About the event

Certified educator, conservation biologist and owner of Pua Le'a Floral, Julia will be teaching about the plants, Hawai'ian cultural contect and deep nature connection involved with lei-making. This is not your average floral crown!

Workshops are appropriate for all-ages & beginners (kids ages 6 and up) and guests will choose their own flowers and foliage from our flower bar to weave a half-size floral crown. All plants are sourced from Connecticut farms and lei are 100% bio-degradable for an eco-friendly art! Lei typically last 2-4 days if stored in the fridge when not worn.

Tickets can also be purchased day of the event but advance purchase is recommended.

*A portion of proceeds will be donated to community organizations helping to rebuild Lahaina, Maui after the devastating wildfires of early August.*
