About the event
Learn to weave a Hawaii-style floral crown called lei po'o with certified science teacher and environmental educator Julia Meurice. Enjoy Hawaiian words, stories & techniques for lei po'o while using fresh local flowers and foliage to create a very wearable (and dryable) lei! Cost is $35 per person. Crowns take 30 - 45min to weave. Register ahead of time to reserve your space!
We are offering our lei workshop as part of a joint celebration with Madison Earth Care for their Summer Customer Appreciation Fest. From 11 - 4pm come to Madison Earth Care to also experience garden yoga, food trucks, silhouette painting, a tarot reader and more!
